The Home Show has been the "premier" event for all things related to home building and remodeling for years. Pleasant Optimist Club Bike Fair is an annual event that helps promote bicycle safety, awareness, and fun. This event is for children ages 3-12. Kids bring their bikes to the event, the Optimist’s bicycle skills course provides a safe environment, and all are given an opportunity to test their bicycle riding expertise. As a service to the community, the police are there to register bicycles. The Optimist Club provides free bike helmets and raffles for brand new bikes to the attendees.
